Situated in the peaceful rural valley of Higher Wych, Mill Cottage offers you a relaxing stay. The house and grounds are situated beside a garden stream which forms part of the Cheshire/Clwyd border, making it a perfect getaway.
Accommodation
Guests have their own Separate Entrance and Facilities and secure off road parking. The superb First Floor Accommodation comprises of a SuperKing size double bed and ensuite shower room. Large Seating Area with Sofa and TV. The Sofa can convert to a double bed should additional guests or children wish to say. Free Wifi is included.
Fresh Coffee and Tea making facilities are available in the room and a continental breakfast served at a time of your choosing. Full cooked breakfast is also available by prior arrangement. Should you have any dietary requirements these can also be catered for.
Local area
The exclusive Wedding Venue of Iscoyd Park is approximately 1 mile away (5 minutes drive), and travel to and from the venue can be arranged for you prior to your visit. Mill cottage is situated between the local villages of Malpas and Whitchurch. The Carden Park Hotel and Golf Club is a mere 20 minutes away, and the Vibrant city of Chester is just a 35 minute drive.

SuperKing size double bed
Our Superking size Bed has a goose and duck down duvet and fresh Egyptian Cotton sheets and pillowcases. There are bathrobes and plenty of white cotton towels for you to use during your stay.
Secure off road parking
Mill Cottage B&B has a secure off street parking area, secured by an electric gate system. Entry instructions to and from the premises will be given once your booking has been confirmed.
Toiletries
There is a small basket of toiletries provided in your room. Please enquire if there is anything else you might like us to provide, and we can arrange this prior to or during your stay.
Free Wifi
Free wireless internet access is available.
No Smoking Policy
Mill Cottage maintains a strict no smoking policy throughout. If you need to smoke, we respectfully ask that you do so outside the property or in the grounds.
Dogs
Well behaved dogs are always welcome to stay with us at no extra charge, provided they come with a dog crate and are kept downstairs in the property. Dogs are NOT allowed upstairs at any time. Please notify us beforehand if you intend to bring your dog, so we can tend to his/her needs. No Dangerous Breeds will be accepted.

Prices
Double room with en suite bathroom including continental breakfast £85.00 – per night (single occupancy from £55 per night). Children are welcome, and any special requirements for cots, camp beds etc can be arranged with prior notice.
Deposit: 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. Seven days notice of cancellation is required for a refund. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival the deposit will not be refunded.
Longer stays and weekday bookings negotiable, please enquire.
Check in and departure times
We ask guests to arrive after 4.30pm and leave by 10.00am if you require anything different please let us know and we will always try and accommodate where possible.
